Your continued use of the Platform signifies that you accept and agree to follow these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform
  
  
• Use the Platform to violate privacy laws or harvest personal data

We may suspend or permanently ban users who engage in prohibited activities.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

Lemprep offers a free trial that provides limited access to the Platform. The free trial does not require a credit card.

4.2 Paid Subscription

The Pro Plan is currently priced at $9.97 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are handled securely by third-party processors. By subscribing, you authorise Lemprep and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis, usually only for accidental charges, duplicate payments, or system errors.

5. AI-Generated Content

Lemprep uses AI technology to generate briefings, summaries, and related outputs. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output
  
  
• Lemprep is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
  
  
• You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs generated for you
  
  

We continuously improve accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free results.

Content you submit (e.g., names, notes, URLs, transcripts, company details) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

6.2 AI-Generated Outputs

Reports generated for your account belong to you. You may download, use, or share them freely unless restricted by your employer or local regulations.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

All software, code, features, design elements, trademarks, and text belonging to Lemprep are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Lemprep in the previous 12 months, or $0 if you are a free trial user.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lemprep harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
