1. Overview

Lemprep is a subscription-based SaaS platform with a monthly billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances, typically for billing errors or accidental charges.

We keep this policy straightforward to ensure users have confidence and clarity when subscribing.

2. Free Trial

Lemprep offers a free trial that allows you to explore the core features before subscribing.

  • No credit card is required for the free trial.

  • You are not automatically charged when the trial ends.

  • You may continue using Lemprep only if you manually upgrade to the paid plan.

Since the trial is free and does not renew automatically, refunds are not applicable during this period.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

3.1 When Your Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will not be billed again unless you manually resubscribe.

  • You will retain access to all features until your paid period expires.

3.2 Deleting Your Account

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or saved reports.
If you also want your data removed, you must request full account deletion by emailing support@Lemprep.com.

3.3 Re-subscribing

You may restart your subscription anytime at the same monthly price currently offered.

4. Refund Policy

Because Lemprep is a low-cost, pay-as-you-go subscription, refunds are generally not issued except in cases where a genuine billing error occurs. However, we do evaluate all requests fairly.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

4.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally billed twice for the same month due to a processing error.

4.2 Accidental Subscription Renewal

If you forgot to cancel but have not used the Platform after renewal, you may request a refund within a reasonable time frame.

4.3 Technical Issues

If you experienced a significant platform failure that prevented you from using Lemprep and we are unable to resolve the issue promptly.

4.4 Unauthorised Charges

If your account was billed without your permission due to a security issue or compromised credentials.

4.5 Inaccurate or Misleading Billing

If an unexpected billing error or system malfunction results in incorrect charges.

5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind about using Lemprep

  • You used the Platform significantly during the billing period

  • You forgot to cancel after benefiting from the features

  • You are outside the reasonable refund window

  • You previously received multiple goodwill refunds

Since Lemprep provides instant digital access, refunds are limited to cases where fairness, billing accuracy, or platform reliability warrant it.

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. These processors may have their own terms and policies, but Lemprep is responsible for:

  • Evaluating refund eligibility

  • Initiating approved refunds

  • Communicating outcomes to the user

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

8. Subscription Changes

We may update our pricing in the future, but existing subscribers keep their current rate for as long as their subscription remains active.

If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you may be charged the new pricing at the time of reactivation.

9. Account Access After Cancellation

After your paid period ends:

  • You retain access to your account

  • You can view previously generated reports

  • You cannot generate new briefings or summaries

  • Upgrading restores full access instantly

10. Policy Updates

  • We may notify users if the changes are significant

Continued use of Lemprep after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
