No Training on Your Data

We do not use your inputs, briefings, reports, summaries, or any uploaded content to train external AI models.

Your data remains yours at all times.
It is processed only to generate the output you request.
Nothing you upload is used to improve third-party systems or fed into shared datasets.

This is a core principle of how Lemprep operates: your preparation stays private, controlled, and isolated to your workspace.

Auto-Delete After 24 Hours (Optional)

You can choose how long your data stays on the platform.
By default, your reports and summaries remain in your account until you manually delete them, allowing you to revisit past work at any time.

However, for users who prefer stricter handling, an auto-delete after 24 hours option is available.

When activated:

• Uploaded content is automatically deleted after 24 hours
  
  
• Generated briefings and summaries are removed after 24 hours
  
  
• Deleted files cannot be restored
  
  
• Only minimal metadata required for billing or compliance is retained
  
  

This is ideal for enterprise clients, regulated industries, or anyone who works with sensitive information.

Encryption & Security Standards

All data transferred between your device and Lemprep is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
We apply industry-standard security protocols across the platform:

In-transit encryption:
All communication with our servers uses strong TLS encryption.

At-rest encryption:
Stored data is secured using encrypted cloud infrastructure.

Access controls:
Only authorised personnel have access to system components required for maintenance and support.

Segregated workspaces:
Your account operates independently, ensuring other users cannot access or view your content.

Continuous monitoring:
We track system performance, irregularities, and potential threats to maintain platform stability.

Data Retention Summary

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, unless you choose stricter deletion settings. Our retention framework is simple:

• User-generated reports: Retained until deleted by you, unless the 24-hour auto-delete toggle is enabled.
  
  
• Uploaded files, notes, or transcripts: Same retention rule as reports.
  
  
• Account information: Kept until your account is closed, as required for service continuity.
  
  
• Billing records: Retained for financial and compliance obligations.

If you delete your account, we erase all personal data not subject to legal retention requirements.
